With construction complete for the new First National Bank of Newtown location on the south end of the parking lot, the previous building was demolished for the development of the new CVS Pharmacy. Construction has begun with the leveling of the existing parking lot, as well as the addition of new curbing and islands . This location will feature a stand-alone building for CVS Pharmacy with dedicated parking  around the building.
